Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a senior HRBP to lead strategic and operational people initiatives in Saudi Arabia. You will partner with management to implement HR programs, ensure governance of global standards, and drive localization and gender diversity initiatives.

You will shape workforce planning, support staffing, and collaborate with regional teams to strengthen organizational culture and people strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR within a matrix multinational organization.
• Experience working on business growth/ramp-up HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HRBP for management and employees, addressing strategic and operational people-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with global standards while driving local HR strategies.
• Engage in regional projects to enhance organizational culture.
• Represent HR to management and employees on strategic topics.
• Drive implementation of HR programs including recruiting, development, compensation & benefits and organizational development & change.
• Plan workforce changes and staffing strategies for the business areas.
• Coordinate staffing with other HR functions and lead regional HR projects.
