Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Finance Head of Regional Service for the Middle East to lead a geographically dispersed finance team, drive profitability and cash management, and partner with senior leaders. You will steer budgeting, forecasting and risk management across multiple countries in a matrix environment.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic or regional language skills are advantageous. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally is expected in this leadership role.

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with growth in sales, projects and service.
• Strong understanding of project and service business models and financial planning.

Join our Compression Service organization as Finance Head of Regional Service, Middle East. As an integral member of the Middle East and Asia Pacific Leadership Team, you will play a key role in driving sustainable Service growth and financial performance across the Middle East region. You will lead an established, diverse and multicultural team of finance professionals distributed across multiple countries. You will continue to strengthen alignment and collaboration across locations while driving high performance, people development and strong financial management of the regional Service business. The role requires proven people leadership, strong financial and commercial expertise, intercultural competence and the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively in a complex international and matrix organization.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead and further develop the established Regional Service Finance team for Compression in the Middle East, ensuring clear responsibilities, effective governance and strong collaboration across countries and locations.
• Lead, inspire and develop a geographically dispersed and multicultural team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-performance culture. Strengthen organizational capabilities through coaching, talent development, knowledge sharing and succession planning.
• Provide overall financial leadership for the Regional Service business, covering order acquisition, project and contract execution, Service Repair Center network, profitability, cost and cash management, financial planning and performance monitoring. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, with transparency of risks, opportunities and key performance drivers.
• Develop and implement financial strategies supporting regional business objectives, sustainable growth and profitability.
• Provide financial insights, recommendations and decision support to regional business leadership.
• Act as a trusted business partner to technical, commercial, sales and operational organizations, supporting sound business decisions and financial transparency. Drive effective risk and opportunity management across the regional portfolio, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, internal controls, company policies and governance requirements. Provide financial leadership in resolving significant customer, country, commercial and organizational matters.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems and ways of working, and lead the finance organization effectively through change. Undertake planned travel of approximately 25% within the region.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. A master’s degree or recognized professional finance or accounting qualification would be an advantage. At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, with progressively increasing responsibility across sales, projects, contracts and Service-related business functions.
• Strong understanding of project and Service business models, including financial planning, forecasting, profitability, cost and cash management, and risk and opportunity management.
• Proven people-leadership experience, with the ability to lead, engage, coach and develop geographically dispersed and multicultural teams in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong inclusive leadership and intercultural skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across countries, nationalities, functions and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience in talent development, performance management and succession planning.
• International experience and a proven ability to operate effectively across different cultures and business environments.
• Strong business-partnering and stakeholder-management capabilities, with the confidence to advise and constructively challenge senior business leaders. Strong analytical, commercial, communication and influencing skills, combined with a collaborative and results-oriented leadership style.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or another language relevant to the region would be an advantage. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
