Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Representative for our Energy Services group in the Saudi region. The role focuses on supporting Sales Representatives by delivering routine service, conducting plant surveys, and assisting with startup of new applications in both existing and new accounts.

The position requires strong technical aptitude, autonomous work style, and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or high school diploma with industry experience.
• Travel up to 25% of time to support sales territory.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute service plans.
• Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys of prospective customers.
• Assist Sales Representatives with startup of new applications in existing and new accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic district accounts.
• Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving pain points.
