Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a field service professional to support maintenance, outage, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair activities for gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems in Saudi Arabia and international locations.

You will supervise small to medium field service teams, coordinate with site leads and customers, and prepare technical reports with recommendations while upholding the highest safety, quality, and EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 2-3 years of field service experience.
• Strong knowledge of power plant operations and rotating equipment.
• Able to travel extensively (approx. 80%) across Saudi Arabia and internationally.
• Good report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, commissioning, and repair activities.
• Supervise small to medium field service teams and subcontractors during outages.
• Collaborate with site leads, service engineering, and customers for safe project execution.
• Review technical docs and prepare service reports with recommendations.
