Nestlé KSA in Jeddah is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive product availability and in-store execution. You will collaborate with retailers to improve displays, manage promotions, and secure favorable pricing. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and sales skills to grow volume and ensure timely payments.

The position is full-time, based in Jeddah, and involves traveling to retail outlets to build relationships and deliver market insights to management.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers to ensure product knowledge in person and by phone.
• Sell incremental volume for displays and maximize promoted products support.
• Sell additional products based on opportunities observed.
• Partner with targeted customers to create and execute business reviews that drive volume.
• Guide the expenditure of financial resources responsibly.
• Ensure payment collection from customers within overdue time.
• Maintain compliance with pricing guidelines at retail level.
• Report competitive price changes and promotional support; resolve pricing issues.
• Identify and correct stock voids; ensure new items are available.
• Merchandise products to meet schematic compliance, rotate stock, and handle unsellable items.
• Develop and maintain relations with store personnel to maximize sales.
• Communicate market insights from retail level to management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating and ensuring product knowledge by in person and phone communication.
• Sell incremental volume for displays and obtain maximum support for promoted products.
• Sell additional products based on opportunities observed.
• Collaborates with targeted customers to create and execute business reviews that drive volume.
• Leads expenditure of financial resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Insure Payment Collection from customers in the proper overdue time.
• Ensures compliance to pricing guidelines at retail level.
• Reports competitive price changes and promotional support and resolves competitive pricing issues.
• Identify and correct voids and ensure new items are available.
• Merchandise products to obtain schematic compliance, rotate products, handle unsellable product and resolve systemic problems related to out-of-stocks and voids.
• Develops and maintains proper relations with department/store level personnel within area in order to maximize sales results.
• Communicates market insights from the retail level to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Business or any other related field.
• Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Must possess strong communication (oral and written), selling and analytical skills.
