Job summary

Dabouq Group is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join its field team in the Tabuk region. You will cover your assigned territory, grow sales, and build strong customer relationships to achieve distribution targets in the FMCG sector.

The role is hands-on and requires travel within Tabuk, strong communication and persuasion skills, and fluency in Arabic. You will monitor stock, report daily activity, and collaborate with Operations and Logistics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales experience.
• Valid light vehicle license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Residence in Tabuk or within a reasonable daily commute.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Commitment, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Proficiency with smart devices and basic sales applications.
• Fluent Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and retail outlets in the assigned territory daily according to the coverage plan.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets (volumes, revenue, number of active customers).
• Present products, persuade customers, and expand the distribution base.
• Monitor on-shelf availability and implement merchandising standards.
• Collect receivables and follow up on customer accounts.
• Build long-term customer relationships and resolve their feedback in coordination with Operations and Logistics.
• Prepare daily sales reports and track market and competitor activity.
