The role requires previous field sales experience, a valid driving license, and residency in Riyadh, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales experience in a distributor or retail environment.
• Valid light transport driving license and ability to travel within a territory.
• Residence in Riyadh and readiness to cover the assigned area.
• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills to build relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Comfort with smart devices and basic sales software.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and retail outlets in the assigned territory daily according to the coverage plan.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets (volumes, revenue, number of active customers).
• Present products, persuade customers, and expand the distribution base.
• Monitor on-shelf availability and implement merchandising standards.
• Collect receivables and follow up on customer accounts.
• Build long-term customer relationships and resolve feedback in coordination with Operations.
• Prepare daily sales reports and track market and competitor activity.
