Dabouq Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead its Riyadh-based food distribution team. You will guide the sales representatives, monitor daily field performance, and drive branch targets for sales, distribution, and collections.

The role emphasizes strong field leadership, route planning, and hands-on coaching in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Arabic fluency and a valid driving license are required, with daily field travel in Riyadh.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in field sales or related fields, including supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, achieve targets and track KPIs.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel daily in the field.
• Residence in Riyadh.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with smart devices, sales systems and field team management apps.
• Fluency in Arabic.

Mansioni

• Lead the sales representatives team and follow up on their daily field performance.
• Prepare coverage and route plans, assign territories to representatives and monitor adherence.
• Achieve team sales and distribution targets (volumes, revenue, number of active customers).
• Follow up on representatives' daily collections and ensure cash is remitted per company policies.
• Accompany representatives in the field, train them and develop their selling skills.
• Monitor execution of merchandising standards and product availability at customers.
• Handle key accounts and resolve issues in coordination with operations and logistics.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports through the sales systems, and track market and competitor activity.
