Job summary

THA by ARMONIA is seeking a Senior Creator Park Manager to lead the Creator Park programming for two major events in Riyadh in 2027. You will personally design lineups, schedules and fan experiences, and work hands-on with producers, creators and talent teams to deliver compelling on-site content.

You will plan formats, set up infrastructure, manage live delivery, and review performance after each cycle to improve future shows. English is required; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in creator-led programming or esports events at manager level.
• Experience across at least two live event seasons.
• Proven record of producing creator and club programming, scheduling and live delivery.

Responsibilities

• Program Creator Park, including stages, creator schedules, calendar, fan experience and content capture.
• Build lineup and schedule that keeps fans engaged during each event.
• Identify and recommend creators to the client and coordinate with talent management teams.
• Design formats such as showmatches, meet-and-greets, community moments and content capture.
• Define mechanics, throughput, space and staffing needs for every format.
• Plan operational needs: hardware, software, connectivity, content capture, stages and creator areas.
• Make real-time on-site decisions and review performance after each event cycle.
