Job summary

Takamol Mobility Services is seeking a facilities professional to oversee maintenance and inspections across company centers in Riyadh. You will manage contractor coordination, safety compliance, and reporting to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to standard.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in engineering or facilities management with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, strong coordination skills, and willingness to conduct field visits to centers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Experience supervising contractors and following up on electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance works.
• Good knowledge of facility safety, maintenance, and operational requirements.
• Ability to prepare reports and follow up on tasks and observations until closure.
• Good coordination, communication, and priority management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving license and willingness to conduct field visits to centers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections at centers and monitor the overall condition of facilities.
• Receive and follow up on maintenance requests and identify the required scope of work.
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors and follow up on execution after approvals.
• Verify the quality of completed work and review completion certificates before submission for approval.
• Monitor cleaning activities, staff performance, and cleanliness standards across the centers.
• Ensure the availability of cleaning materials, pantry supplies, and other facility-related operational requirements.
• Follow up on site observations and ensure identified issues are addressed and closed.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance, inspection, and observation records, and submit periodic reports to Facilities Management.
• Support the preparation and onboarding of new centers into the facilities management framework.
• Monitor compliance with facility and safety requirements and report any observations, risks, or hazards.
