Job summary

Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Riyadh seeks a facilities supervisor to supervise maintenance technicians and support staff, ensure PPM activities are executed, monitor routine and emergency maintenance, and coordinate with service providers.

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic is required; the role covers safe, efficient operation of Riyadh Factory and Head Office, ensuring high standards of maintenance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff.
• Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are executed as scheduled.
• Monitor and verify completion of routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance works.
• Coordinate and follow up with facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and other service providers.
• Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements.
• Ensure all BU facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Follow up on work orders, service requests, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
