Qualifications

• 6-12 years of relevant facilities/property management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong vendor and contractor management experience.
• Arabic and English fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and emergency facilities and property operations.
• Oversee hard engineering facilities maintenance utilities and civil works.
• Manage contractors, vendors, quotations, negotiations and service agreements.
• Ensure statutory health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor critical systems including HVAC, chillers, lifts, DG, UPS, transformers and firefighting systems.
• Manage facility budgets, operational costs and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead and develop facilities and maintenance teams.
• Oversee renovations, refurbishment, fit-out and space management.
• Handle complaints, inspections, audits, MIS reporting and corrective actions.
