Job summary

Client of Besst Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance and safety across its Saudi facilities. You will lead maintenance, facilities and service teams, manage contractors and budgets, and ensure buildings and equipment operate efficiently.

The role requires coordinating with project teams, resolving operational issues and maintaining safety and quality standards while complying with health, safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
• 12–16 years of experience in facilities management within the construction industry.
• Experience managing facilities, maintenance activities, operations, and service teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance planning.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers, and facilities budgets.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations, preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across assigned sites.
• Manage building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Lead maintenance, facilities and service teams ensuring timely completion of work.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers; monitor service quality and performance.
• Prepare and monitor facilities budgets, maintenance costs and resource requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections; identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with construction and project teams on facility readiness, handover and maintenance needs.
• Maintain maintenance records, asset registers and operational reports.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and minimize disruption to operations.
