Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff at the Riyadh Factory and Riyadh Head Office. You will ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance is executed on schedule, monitor routine, corrective, and emergency works, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff.
• Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are executed as scheduled.
• Monitor and verify completion of routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance works.
• Coordinate with facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management and other service providers.
• Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Follow up on work orders, service requests, and contractor performance.
• Ensure BU facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and readiness.
