Job summary

Alstom in Riyadh is seeking a full-time Facility Coordinator to oversee daily facility operations, coordinate cleaners and drivers, and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across sites.

You will create and present facility reports, work with cross-functional teams, and support the Facility & Training Manager on a variety of tasks, travelling within Riyadh as needed. The role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Diploma in facility management or equivalent.
• Experience or understanding of facility management scope.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience supervising site activities related to facility management.
• Valid driving license with ability to travel within Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily facility activities across multiple sites.
• Managing and coordinating the activities of facility cleaners and drivers.
• Creating and updating facility reports and presentations.
• Interfacing with the Consortium and external parties.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards.
• Participating in other activities assigned by the Facility & Training Manager.
