Novotel Thakher Makkah is seeking an experienced F&B Outlets Manager to oversee daily operations across all restaurant and bar outlets, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. You will lead a hands-on, service-focused team and drive performance, standards, and profitability.

The role emphasizes strong operational leadership, floor supervision, and collaboration with hotel management to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining brand compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing F&B outlets or high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and staff development.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Proven ability to drive upselling and revenue generation.
• Knowledge of hotel SOPs, food safety and health standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets to ensure seamless service.
• Lead outlet managers, supervisors, and team members toward objectives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, sales targets and average check performance.
• Coach staff through pre-shift briefings and service standards adherence.
• Address guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.
