Job summary

Accor in Makkah is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant, lounge, and banquet operations. You will lead the F&B team, ensure prompt and professional service, and collaborate with the kitchen for smooth service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of restaurants, lounges, banquets, or other F&B outlets.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team during shifts.
• Schedule staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and controlling stock.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in line with local health regulations.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and service quality.
• Assist in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and minimizing waste.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
