Job summary

Qureos in Riyadh is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee construction projects within the F&B, QSR, and Café sectors. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering quality, safe, and timely results.

You will lead planning, budgeting, and collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensure compliance with local laws, and mentor project teams. Fluency in English is required; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction management with F&B, QSR, or Café exposure.
• Proven track record of large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion in F&B/QSR/Café sectors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet specs.
• Monitor progress and address delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Mentor project teams and foster collaboration.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and safety.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on status, risks, opportunities.
