Rawaj-HCM seeks a strategic Chief Operating Officer in Riyadh to lead restaurant operations and multi-department management across the business. The role emphasizes strong leadership, operational excellence, and scalable growth within a renowned F&B retail context.

The successful candidate will oversee Operations, R&D, Maintenance, Projects, and Call Center, drive profitability, and ensure adherence to brand standards and service quality, across multiple locations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business, hospitality, engineering, or related field.
• MBA is advantageous for the role.
• Minimum 2 years in a COO role or 5 years as an Operations Director with proven leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth, profitability, and expansion.
• Oversee restaurant operations, ensure brand standards, food safety, and service quality.
• Coordinate Operations, R&D, Maintenance, Projects, and Call Center across multiple sites.
• Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and resource utilization.
• Oversee new openings, projects, and operational readiness for expansion.
• Collaborate with senior management on business plans and budgets.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to boost profitability.
