Job summary

Qureos in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong F&B background to drive growth in the Saudi market. You will develop strategies, acquire new B2B clients, and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other F&B businesses.

The role requires 5–8 years of F&B sales experience in Saudi Arabia, with a proven B2B track record and a network across the Saudi F&B landscape. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience within the F&B industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in specialty coffee, cafés, restaurants, or F&B brands is preferred.
• Established network within the Saudi F&B market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi F&B market and customer landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients and opportunities across Saudi market.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, retailers, and other F&B businesses.
• Develop partnerships and commercial opportunities within the specialty coffee and F&B sector.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and account management.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, industry meetings.
