Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction management with F&B, QSR, or Café exposure.
• Proven track record of large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of construction management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strong background in the F&B industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initial planning through completion within the F&B, QSR, and Café sectors.
• - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
