The role requires strong leadership, coordination with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/architectural disciplines or related field.
• 7–12 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing fit-out projects for restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, hospitality, or commercial developments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee fit-out and construction projects from concept to handover.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specs, and contractor submissions.
