Burj Line Builders is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee construction projects in the F&B, QSR, and Café sectors. You will lead planning, budgeting, and execution while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in construction management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and familiarity with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 7 years of experience in construction management, with emphasis on F&B, QSR, or Café sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion within F&B, QSR, and Café sectors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet specifications.
• Monitor progress and address delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Mentor project teams and foster collaboration and excellence.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and safety adherence.
• Implement best practices for project management and construction processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on status, risks, and opportunities.
