Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead end-to-end express delivery and hub operations in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee first-mile, sorting, transportation, and last-mile processes while continuously improving service efficiency, safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key duties include monitoring branch activities, optimizing routes and dispatch schedules, tracking KPIs such as On-Time Delivery and cost-per-parcel, and leading supervisors, couriers, and fleet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in express delivery or last-mile logistics.
• Proven leadership of large operational teams across multi-site hubs.
• Experience with WMS/TMS and data analytics.
• Fluent English; regional language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations (pickup, sorting, transportation, last-mile).
• Monitor branch/hub activities to meet targets and SLAs.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes and driver schedules.
• Track KPIs (OTD, delivery success, cost-per-parcel).
• Drive process improvements to reduce damages and missing parcels.
• Present reports to senior management on performance.
• Lead and develop supervisors, sorting staff, couriers, and fleet personnel.
• Oversee manpower planning, shifts, peak-season allocation, and recruitment.
• Ensure a safe, high-performance work environment.
• Enforce SOPs, safety policies, and local regulations, POD, and inventory control.
