The role emphasizes strong leadership, route planning, safety compliance, and coordination with station management, HQ, customers, and carrier partners. In-person interviews are conducted as part of the selection process.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university.
• In-person interview.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily delivery operations for a team of around 30 delivery couriers.
• Assign delivery routes, schedule shifts, provide training, and evaluate courier performance.
• Monitor delivery timeliness, success rates, customer complaints, cost, and overall efficiency.
• Handle exceptions, safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and vehicle/equipment/material management.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the station manager, headquarters, customers, and carrier partners.
• Complete additional operational tasks assigned by superiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery operations for a team of around 30 delivery couriers
• Assign delivery routes, schedule shifts, provide training, and evaluate courier performance
• Monitor delivery timeliness, success rates, customer complaints, cost, and overall efficiency
• Handle exceptions, safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and vehicle/equipment/material management

Requirements & Hiring
