Job summary

pladis Foods Limited in Saudi Arabia is seeking a cost accounting / supply chain finance professional to strengthen financial control across manufacturing operations. You will analyze variances, support S&OP, and drive cost efficiency in a fast-growing confectionery business.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 4–8 years in cost accounting or supply chain finance, with strong SAP or Oracle ERP experience; Power BI is essential for dashboards and KPI reporting.

• Prepare ROI analyses and management reports using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse Manufacturing Conversion Cost , Purchase Price Variance , and Inventory Cost Variance analysis.
• Analyse material, labor, overhead, and absorption variances.
• Support the S&OP process through cost, inventory, and financial analysis.
• Monitor and report CAPEX and OPEX performance against Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
• Track and optimize working capital metrics, including DIO, DPO and inventory aging.
• Maintain accurate standard costing, inventory valuation, and month-end cost accounting processes.
• Prepare ROI analyses and business cases for capital investment and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis using Power BI .
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive cost efficiency and financial control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 4-8 years of Cost Accounting or Supply Chain Finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems, Power BI is essential .
• Experience in international manufacturing FMCG is must.
