Job summary

pladis is a global biscuits and confectionery company seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to support LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, AV, and meeting room systems across MENAI. You will manage server and data center infrastructure, and oversee cloud workloads with AWS and Azure while partnering with global platform teams to ensure security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Aruba/HPE infrastructure and unified collaboration rooms.
• Cloud workload familiarity with AWS and Azure, and IT security basics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi and site connectivity across MENAI, with hands‑on exposure to Aruba / HPE environments.
• Own reliability and standardization of AV and meeting room infrastructure, supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and executive meetings.
• Support server and data center infrastructure (physical and virtual), including lifecycle activities, upgrades, and basic DR.
• Provide operational support and exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS & Microsoft Azure), collaborating with global teams.
• Ensure infrastructure services comply with security, access control, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Act as Level 2/3 escalation for infrastructure incidents, driving RCA and permanent fixes.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow, ensuring SLA adherence and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, telecoms, and global IT teams to deliver stable, cost‑effective services.
