India Abroad is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The role leads all culinary operations, shaping menus and ensuring top-tier food quality and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in a similar role, strong leadership, and excellent English; Arabic is a plus. You will manage budgeting, inventory, and health & safety compliance while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced understanding of food hygiene regulations and health & safety policies.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

• Overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, staff training, inventory control and budgeting.
