• You will be expected to ensure all staff adhere to strict health and safety protocols, as well as providing guidance and support when needed.

Ideal candidate profile

• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in high-end cuisine and possess excellent leadership skills.
• A good understanding of the local culture is essential in order to develop creative menus that reflect the tastes of the guests.
• The successful applicant must demonstrate a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, with an advanced understanding of food hygiene regulations and health & safety policies.
• You will also need to possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Salary on offer is 1200 per month plus benefits.
