Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as an executive chef or in similar role.
• Proven track record creating high-quality dishes from existing recipes and new concepts.
• Expert knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health code regulations and sanitation practices.
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management preferred.

Responsibilities
