Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

• Developing innovative recipes and menus for our restaurant.
• Preparing high-quality dishes according to standard recipes.
• Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring all health codes are followed.
• Ensuring proper portion sizes and quality of ingredients used in all dishes.
• Monitoring food consumption levels and planning orders accordingly.
• Establishing good working relationships with suppliers.
