Then take on the challenge and become a valued member of our team!*****Power your future with Clarios and explore the possibilities with us.****What You Will Do*** Manage and coordinate the GMs complex calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, travel, and business commitments.* Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.* Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive Office, managing correspondence, requests, and communications with professionalism and discretion.* Prepare and maintain executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, minutes, and confidential documentation.* Support leadership meetings, regional business reviews, town halls, executive visits, and board-related activities.* Build strong relationships with senior leaders, functional teams, external partners, government stakeholders, and other key contacts across the region.* Track commitments, approvals, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-up and execution.* Manage expense reports, purchase requests, invoices, and other administrative processes in compliance with company policies.* Support special projects, executive communications, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.* Handle highly confidential business and people-related information with the utmost integrity and discretion.**What We Look For*** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may also be considered.* Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.* Proven experience managing executive calendars, international travel, confidential communications, and senior leadership engagements.* Experience working within a multinational and matrix organization is preferred.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.* Fluent English and Arabic language skills, both written and verbal.**Key Competencies*** Exceptional organizational and planning skills.* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.* Ability to work independently and anticipate business needs.* Strong cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.* Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.* Service-oriented approach combined with the confidence to challenge scheduling conflicts and protect executive priorities.**What We Offer**At Clarios, you will have the opportunity to work closely with regional leadership and contribute to the success of a global market leader.
