Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking hands-on Event Specialists to join a large-scale international event project in Saudi Arabia. This on-ground role supports smooth operation of venues, zones, and daily activities, coordinating with staff and stakeholders.

You may work across Venue Operations, Event Services, Zone Operations, Fan Services, Guest Services, Site Operations, Logistics, Workforce, Hospitality, Security Operations, Cleaning & Waste, or general event operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in event operations or large-scale events.
• Strong on-ground coordination with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day event and venue operations.
• Coordinate with staff, contractors, suppliers, and operational teams.
• Support the preparation and smooth running of assigned areas.
• Monitor operational activities and address issues as they arise.
• Provide on-ground support during event days and operational periods.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Follow up on tasks and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Provide regular updates to supervisors and management.
• Support the delivery of a safe, efficient, and professional event environment.
• Assist with other operational requirements as needed.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for Event Specialists to join the delivery of a large-scale international event project in Saudi Arabia.

This is a hands-on, on-ground role supporting the smooth operation of event venues, zones, and daily activities. We are open to candidates from a range of event and operational backgrounds who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.

Depending on your experience and project requirements, you may support areas such as Venue Operations, Event Services, Zone Operations, Fan Operations, Guest Services, Site Operations, Logistics, Workforce, Hospitality, Security Operations, Cleaning & Waste, or general event operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support day-to-day event and venue operations


• Coordinate with staff, contractors, suppliers, and operational teams

• Experience across sports, entertainment, festivals, exhibitions, conferences, hospitality, or major venues is an advantage
