Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day event and venue operations.
• Coordinate with staff, contractors, suppliers, and operational teams.
• Support the preparation and smooth running of assigned areas.
• Monitor operational activities and address issues as they arise.
• Provide on-ground support during event days and operational periods.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Follow up on tasks and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Provide regular updates to supervisors and management.
• Support the delivery of a safe, efficient, and professional event environment.
• Assist with other operational requirements as needed.
