Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a Dressing & Signage Coordinator to support the delivery of a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on dressing, branding and signage across venues, requiring close coordination with suppliers and internal teams to meet schedules and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in event operations, signage, branding, production, venue operations, exhibitions or related environments, with strong organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery and installation of event dressing, branding and signage across assigned areas.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure requirements are delivered on time and to specification.
• Support site inspections, installation schedules and quality checks.
• Monitor signage and branding requirements throughout the event lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to dressing and signage.
• Maintain accurate trackers, plans and documentation.
• Support the wider venue and event operations teams as required.

Project: Major International Football Tournament

We are looking for a Dressing & Signage Coordinator to support the delivery of a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia.

This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in event operations, signage, branding, production, venue operations, exhibitions, activations, visual merchandising, or other transferable event-related environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery and installation of event dressing, branding and signage across assigned areas.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure requirements are delivered on time and to specification.
• Support site inspections, installation schedules and quality checks.
• Monitor signage and branding requirements throughout the event lifecycle.

Ideal background:

• Experience in events, exhibitions, activations, production, venue operations, branding, signage, retail/visual merchandising, or a similar environment.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills.
• Experience working with multiple suppliers, contractors or stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience on large-scale events or major sporting events is an advantage.
