Job summary

HOTSPOT in Riyadh is seeking an Event / Activation Project Manager to lead projects from client brief through on-ground execution. You will coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, venues, and clients to deliver professional results.

This hands-on role goes beyond traditional event planning, turning creative ideas into smooth, timely activations while ensuring safety and logistics are managed effectively on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, activations, AV, production, exhibitions, or technical project management.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage pressure during live projects.
• Good communication with clients and internal teams.

At HOTSPOT, our work includes LED screens, AV solutions, lighting, sound systems, stage effects, fixed installations, smart displays, and interactive brand activations.

This is not a traditional event planning role only.

It is a hands-on project management role for someone who can turn a creative idea into a smooth, professional execution.
