Job summary

Hotspot is looking for ambitious B2B Sales Executives to develop new business with corporate, government, events, advertising, hospitality, and entertainment clients. This role is proactive, involving meetings, proposals, and close of opportunities, with relocation to Riyadh for selected candidates.

Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience in AV/LED or related sectors, fluent English, strong communication and negotiation skills, and comfort with CRM tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in B2B sales or business development in AV/tech/events sectors.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Arrange meetings with decision-makers and present solutions.
• Prepare professional proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Maintain CRM records of meetings, quotations, and follow-ups.
