Job summary

Focus Softnet is looking for a Software Sales Consultant to generate new business and manage the full sales cycle in Dammam, KSA. You will engage CXOs and IT leaders, present ERP/CRM/HCM solutions, and tailor demos to customer needs.

You will collaborate with pre-sales and pricing teams to prepare proposals, handle objections, and close deals while maintaining a healthy CRM pipeline and accurate forecasts. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in software sales or B2B IT solutions.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, HRMS, SCM or enterprise platforms is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
• Self-driven, structured and accountable for results.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and lead generation.
• Identify and qualify opportunities through cold calling, referrals, inbound leads, networking and market research.
• Engage with CXOs and IT teams; deliver product demos and presentations.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and pricing teams to prepare proposals and pricing.
• Manage opportunities from first meeting to closure; maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts.
