Job summary

Khibraty is seeking a Business Development Manager for its on-site Riyadh office to drive enterprise software and solutions sales across target sectors. The role involves in-person and virtual client engagements, pipeline management, and deal closure.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales in Saudi Arabia, fluency in Arabic and English, and a strong executive presence for high-value negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience in the Saudi market.
• Strong fluency in Arabic and English, with polished presentation skills.
• Based in Saudi Arabia and able to work on-site from Riyadh office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire enterprise accounts within assigned verticals through direct engagement and site visits.
• Leverage sector knowledge to pitch tailored B2B software, SaaS, and automation solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle: lead qualification, needs discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing.
• Defend delivery timelines, navigate pricing models, and handle client objections.
• Maintain CRM discipline, track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and deal stages.
• Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas with measurable results.
