Job summary

Tasheel Information Technology is seeking an Application Support specialist to deliver enterprise-level assistance. The primary work location is Qassim Region, with onboarding and training in Riyadh.

The role involves receiving bug reports, performing installations and troubleshooting, and guiding clients to resolution. You will document issues, log activities, and maintain strong client relations throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required.
• Knowledge of IIS, RDBMS, and networking tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive bug reports after software installation.
• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and demonstrations for on-site users.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Ask customers targeted questions to understand the root cause.
• Track issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
• Explain steps to clients via phone, email, or chat until issues are resolved.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams (e.g., software developers).
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Refer to internal databases or external resources for accurate solutions.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged.
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Follow up with clients to ensure IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Document technical knowledge as notes and manuals.
• Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
