Job summary

Echelon seeks a senior leader to own its AI transformation business in Riyadh. You will define the transformation offer, build and manage the pipeline with CEOs and government leaders, and shape multi-year programs from inception to value realization.

You will lead deployment teams, drive adoption and measure outcomes, and collaborate with the Head of Applied AI and the CRO to expand accounts. Arabic fluency and GCC experience are valued as you scale in the region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in transformation or deployment leadership.
• Led deployment, transformation, or customer-facing tech org as an exec in an AI company, forward deployed business, or founder.
• Deep knowledge of LLM systems, agents, data and evaluation; can challenge an architecture.
• Strong commercial acumen: business cases, deal structure, Scopes of Work.
• Proven adoption and measured value after go-live.
• You attract senior talent and build scalable teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction: define how Echelon transforms its customers with the offer and engagement model.
• Own the pipeline: build AI transformation programme pipelines with senior leaders and account teams.
• Advise at the top: run executive sessions, frame the business case and multi-year roadmaps.
• Answer for outcomes: own scope and outcomes of every programme.
• Drive adoption: own adoption, change management and measured value after go-live.
• Grow the business: turn initial use cases into multi-year programmes with expansion strategy.
• Build the organisation: hire and lead deployment strategists; design operating model and career paths.
• Shape Echelon: align field input with company strategy and partner choices.
