Qualifications

• 5+ years in Program Management or Technical Customer Success in enterprise SaaS or AI.
• Proven hands-on delivery experience in complex enterprise programs.
• 2+ years in leadership roles managing Program Manager teams.
• Strong technical skills related to APIs and cloud platforms.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations.
• Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations and align client teams.
• Support clients through onboarding and renewals.
