Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
• Ability to manage warm leads and convert to admissions.
• Familiarity with CRM usage and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation, Nurturing and Conversion.
• Cold calls, direct emailing and other lead generation activities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads that inquired about programs.
• Provide in-depth and customized information on courses via phone and email.
• Make up to 120 dials or emails per day to connect with warm leads.
• Follow up with prospective learners through enrolment to build urgency.
• Develop referral funnel from existing students.
• Close sales and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Adhere to inside sales process and data management processes.
