The role emphasizes executive-level relationship building and multi-faceted deal closure, including complex technical and commercial offerings.

The ideal candidate has extensive energy-sector sales experience, a strong GTM track record, and a network of senior leaders capable of driving multimillion-dollar opportunities.

Qualificações

• 8-10 years in a metrics-driven services and solutions sales environment.
• Direct sales experience in Energy, targeting EPC / National Oil Companies.
• Established network of C-suite, VP and Director-level leaders in Energy.
• Proven ability to drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth with structured GTM.
• Experience negotiating contracts and master service agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth and profitability across energy accounts.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of new customers and offerings.
• Oversee opportunity progression through a structured sales process and CRM.
• Lead the creation of innovative proposals with technical and commercial solutions.
• Negotiate and close contracts, MSAs, and pricing agreements with long-term value.
