Job summary

PSA International in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province seeks a logistics professional to manage order processing, shipment planning and customs handling. You will coordinate bookings, track shipments and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing across export and import flows.

The role requires solid experience in logistics operations, attention to compliance, and strong MS Office skills to support internal and external reporting. This is an on-site position based in Dammam.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations and documentation.
• Licenced logistics education or degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Order processing management
• Customer order plausibility analysis
• Planning / Booking / Transportation orders
• Coordination/follow up of the shipment
• Customs processing (export/import)
• Documentation/administration/invoicing / filing
• Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of shipments) by various means
• Operational troubleshooting
• Non-conformance reporting in KPI context
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors
• End to end processing
• Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation
• Freight audit payments
