Sama Yahia For Trading Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to track shipments, coordinate transportation, and support daily operations across warehousing and factory sites.

Ideal candidates have logistics or supply chain experience (preferably in Saudi Arabia), strong Excel and ERP skills, familiarity with container transport and scheduling, and a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; SAP Business One is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role in Riyadh.

Formación

• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience preferred in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; SAP Business One is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound shipments and local transportation to warehouses, factories, and customer sites.
• Track shipment arrivals, transportation, unloading, and empty container returns.
• Monitor container free-time deadlines to minimize detention, demurrage, and storage charges.
• Manage all vehicle-related requirements including insurance, inspections, periodic maintenance, registrations, and permits.
• Update shipment movements and container details in internal systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse and factory teams.
• Monitor logistics costs and coordinate payments with finance.
• Prepare regular reports on shipment status.
