Logistics Coordinator - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics for our company in Riyadh
  • Oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to our facilities and from our facilities to clients
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and clients to resolve any issues or delays
  • Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock levels are maintained according to company standards
  • Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and make recommendations for efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in logistics technology
Qualifications
  • Egyptian national with a valid work visa in Saudi Arabia preferred
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Previous experience in logistics coordination or a related field
