Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join a large-scale organization in Riyadh. You will manage end-to-end ER activities, handle EOSB and final settlements, and support the employee lifecycle with a focus on compliance and accurate HR records.

You will coordinate with internal departments, oversee leave and travel processes, and resolve employee inquiries promptly while applying labor regulations and internal HR policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Relations experience in a large organization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of EOSB, final settlements, leave administration and travel processes.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end employee relations activities across the lifecycle.
• Handle EOSB, final settlements, and employee clearance procedures.
• Oversee employee travel requests and business trips.
• Manage annual and sick leave, and other absences.
• Process HR transactions through Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Maintain accurate records and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve matters promptly.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver employee services.
