Job summary

Elegancia Arabia Trading Co. is seeking an Employee Relations Officer to join our HR team in Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on handling employee queries, managing onboarding/offboarding, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth HR service delivery in compliance with Saudi Labour Law. The ideal candidate will have a Saudi national background, a bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, and at least 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in employee relations.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationals only.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a relevant HR role.
• Strong communication and employee relations skills.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR operations.
• SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HR experience is preferred.
