Job summary

Riyadh Cables Group is seeking an Employee Relations Section Head to lead and oversee employee relations activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive work environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in employee relations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing daily Employee Relations activities and ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Supervising employee grievances, disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, government regulations, and internal HR policies and procedures.
• Managing employee-related cases and ensuring appropriate handling, documentation, and resolution.
• Overseeing employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Leading and developing the Employee Relations team to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement.
• Utilizing SAP SuccessFactors to monitor and manage employee-related transactions and maintain accurate employee records.
• Collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to address employee concerns and enhance HR service delivery.
• Supporting HR initiatives, organizational changes, and continuous improvement projects.
